- Ensure flat entrance doors and communal fire doors are inspected in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
- Maintain all fire safety systems and testing records
- Provide fire safety instructions to residents
- Keep clear documentation and evidence of compliance
